The old cliché "every picture tells a story” might seem silly to most people, but after spending years examining and cataloging thousands of photos as the archivist for the Philadelphia Water Department, I have found this cliché to be mostly true. This is one of six short videos about various aspects of PWD history and operations produced in 2020 by Tolsma Productions.
