Schuylkill River above Belmont (Picturesque America)

A peaceful scene on the river, looking upstream on the west bank. If you zoom in you can see that the artist has sketched in a team of mules towing a canal boat. It is unclear what the industrial building in the background is - perhaps the water works for the Centennial Exhibition, or maybe the Simpson textile mill opposite East Falls.
